Step #3 - All Start Bonus Pool!
The All Star Bonus Pool is made up of $8 from every new Full Member who joined that month.
There are 2 Ways to Qualify for the All Star Bonus Pool:
1. Sponsor 2 new Full Members during your first 7 days in the business and you will qualify for a share of the All Star Bonus Pool!
2. Sponsor 3 or more new Full Members during any calender month and you will qualify for a share of the All Star Bonus Pool!
Step #4 - The Berry Tree Matrix!
The Berry Tree compensation plan consists of a “2 by” Matrix. This “2 by” Matrix is being built by your sponsor and upline and other members of the company right now. On your first level you have 2 positions available directly under you for people to be placed. Those 2 people in turn will have 2 positions each under them. This structure goes down 12 levels and pays commissions on the 3rd, 6th, 9th and 12th levels.

Please Note: 3 Stars are paid an additional $.50 on Level 12 through 2 levels of 3 Stars. The qualifications for each Leadership Level are the same as the Leadership Bonus Pools.
Step #6 - Company Wide Bonus Pools
One of the most exciting and unique aspects of The Berry Tree is your ability to earn on thousands of people every month. With our Patent Pending Compensation Plan you can earn on every single person in the entire company, even if they are not in your “2 by” matrix. There are multiple ways that you can qualify to earn in these lucrative Bonus Pools. One way is to refer others and the other way is even simpler. It is called Berry Member Credits (BMCs).
Every month you are an active member in The Berry Tree you earn Berry Member Credits. Any combination of Personally Sponsored People and Berry Member Credits that equals 10 or higher will allow you to begin to share in the Company Wide Bonus Pools. This Chart explains the first 3 Bonus pools, the income rewards and the qualifications needed for you to participate.
